The house is located in high elevated point inside the city, wich provite it with great views towards the valley. The neihborhood is next to one of the areas with most an unsafe place with crime, specially house invading to stole, so one of the biggest concerns of the clients was to have a very private house with the views but also the posibilite to being close all the windows in case to leave the house during vacations.
